For the avoidance of doubt, the following is directed at all members and to no one in particular.

There is nothing wrong with constructive criticism or an alternative view. Healthy debate is not possible without them. Criticism for it's own sake or personal abuse / attacks are unhealthy and unwelcome.

There have to be limits to free speech and here is where the line is drawn.
Personal attacks / abuse will no longer be tolerated. Criticise someone's point of view by all means but do not get personal.
Anyone crossing this line in future will be barred. You have all been warned.
